    Hi guys,

    I’m new to the app and just have a question about adding in training days to the week. If I wanted to run the PUSH, PULL, LEGS program and I manage to run through the 3 training days of Week 1 in less than 7 days, would I then move onto Week 2 whilst still technically being in Week 1 of my training cycle?

    I hope that makes sense.
