So I’m about to start Ben’s powerbuilding program on Monday. Only thing is my chest is a weak point as well as my upper back to some degree. I was thinking of adding 2 chest (db flat bench and roller cable flys) on arm day and adding 2 back (upper back focused row machine and bent 2 arm db rows) on delts/arms day. I’m keeping the order of the split the same but I really want to target those weak points. Thoughts?
