what’s your opinion on adding in Adductor machine work for legs development?
To add what Bryce said, from observation, people tend to either have a natural predisposition to using either glutes or adductors for hip extension (and of course, some “in between” using both – not like a hard rule or anything). But from a development standpoint, if you’ve got pretty good glutes, and the develop easily, you may need to add the adductor machine to have them the size you want. Always individual specific though – like looking at Terrence, has adductors are massive, never any direct work. He’s just got as using them when extending his hips
