Hey there, the only chest press my gym has is a old life fitness press and for some reason I just can’t press with my chest. I know it’s hard to say without a video but I’ve tried every seat height and grip width and no matter what I do my triceps takes over after I press further than a few centimeters (I also feel the burn only in my lateral head). It just seems that the path of the handles if very strange.
Any ideas for me?
