Hey there. I’m about to enter the last 3 months of my bulk and I want to add more mass to especially my chest but also my delts before going into the cut. Now the pec program is great and I’ve just thrown some more raises in there on push and chestday. But I’d like to make little tweaks so that it’s not a 4 day program but a 5/6 day program with 3 days on and 1 day off. Any suggestions how to do so?
Sounds like a great idea, Joe! You think I could just use the Deltday from BroPertrophy with a reduced amount of sets? I had a look at the Deltday from CannonballDelts but only 3 exercises seems like a REALLY short gym session and that makes me kinda uncomfortable haha
