Hey there. Just wanted to be reassured that the changes I made to my program are fine. What I did was taking the pec augmentation and adding an extra Delt and Arm day where I do 3 Delt exercises (1 for each part) and 2 biceps and 2 tris. I also added lateral raises and one triceps movement to chest day.
Split looks like this now: Chest, Legs, DeltsArms, Rest, Push, Pull, Rest.
