    Is HIIT harmful for hypertophy 

    How do I count my fat intake accurately when I eat out/dont cook my own meals. I’m unsure sauces/oil goes into cooking 

    I was watching a video on refeeds and diet breaks. Wondering what is your take on it and how you implement it in theory?

    Hey joe. If you have a pretty solid training program with good exercise selection. Is there really a need to change it after your 6 to 8 weeks if your goal is muscle hypertrophy?
