    In a diet too, I understand that NEAT can decrease, how does one find out his new TDEE
    How do you handle satiety
    What is your opinion on supplementation
    I understand that it is best to train 2x to 3x a week. Does this apply to certain muscle groups like abs and calves? Is there a place for weak point training?
    How does one improve posing?
    I would like to read up more on peak week protocols and how to select the right competition category. Any resources you would recommend and what you would recommend in your approach

    how do you fulfill your macro targets while still fulfilling your calorie target. Not that it is impossible but itll be challenging at times because taking a food will have all 3 components in it.
