Hey Joe. I’m a 17 year old with 9 months experience. My Bodyweight is around 170lb and BF around 16. Maxes: Bench 230lb, Squat 300lb , Sumo Deadlift 430, Barbell row 215lb*8reps. Do to my schedule I it’s tuff to train six days a week. What would be your advice for five day split from Monday to Friday. Or maybe with a short supplemental arm day on Sunday.
