Hello!
I am a natural body builder and have just finished my first tidy up phase (see attached images). I’m currently sitting at around 195lbs and I am 6 foot 1.
I have been training on and off for 3 years now and have tried a variety of splits – bro split, push pull legs and most recently an upper lower push pull legs hybrid split. I know Joe and Jordan Peters are advocates of either a full body split or an upper lower split. I was just wondering what you would recommend based on my current physique in order to maximise muscle hypertrophy?
