Hey everyone, I hope you’re all having a great day!
I’ve been running pec augmentation for 20 weeks now as my first program on this app and I absolutely love it, Fr it’s like the wet dream of a training program 😆!
I now want to focus delts and arms but I can’t really decide which one to prioritize first – I feel like they both need to catch up with my back and chest (which was btw one of my weak spots before I ran the pec program) and I thought maybe some professional advise would maybe help me here. I put some pics from my last check in and from now below and maybe you can tell if my arms are more behind than shoulders or Vize versa. I want to run both programs but I can’t decide which to do first.
