Ok I am throwing this out there, way out of my comfort zone but I want help and advice. I am 38 years old, have a nagging right shoulder from playing college football. Went to an ortho about it and he basically told me I needed a replacement but was to young. Ok enough of that.
I am 6’5 and 370… I want to loose weight.. I have a gut more or less a beer gut.. and I like food. but have started making changes in those areas. …. and work on my physique at the same time. I train 5-7 days per week. other than the shoulder I am pretty much pain free. I work around the shoulder when I need to. What and where is the best place for me to start.
