I want to ask about your opinions on my weak body parts. I train for about 7-8 years consistent and want to compete in mens physique or classic bodybuilding in the INBA (Natural Comp.)
Personally I think my strong parts are my arms and my weak bodyparts the chest and shoulders. But I’m curious to your opinions.
Which bodyparts or specialized program would you recommend?
