    Hello.

    What’s your thought’s on aerobic training? Is it neccessary if you training hard strength/ hypertrophy style training where your heart rate goes like 160-180~? Or do we need to implement some cardio stuff like HIIT, extended intervals or something? Or it’s just enough simple LISS cardio outside walking where your heart rate might not go that up. The goal is energy and more blood flow. I heard Eugene said that it’s neccessary to implement that because there could later on issues with recovery and it’s also helps managing stress bettter but he also mentioned strength training as an option for cardiovascular health. What’s your thought’s guys? Joe?
