    Was just wondering I am not wanting to look like a pro bodybuilder but be strong look good naked, so my question is if my goal is not to look like a pro bodybuilder could I just stick to a full body program and get really good at my meat and potatoes or would you recommend maybe going into a push pull legs I am currently going to the gym 4 times a week 3x full body ( in pictures shown) and one day cardio
