Hey Joe , what are your thoughts on aggressively dieting down vs doing the same thing more slowly for a genpop at sorta 27-30 percent BF %…(for context , by aggressively I mean going at/below 50 percent of maintanence , but hitting 1 g protein per pound bw)
So , to give you more context, this person did an aggressive fat loss phase on their own a couple of years back , lost like 30 -40 kilos in within 6 months and sorta maintained it and hence the request to do this a little aggressively..
This person wants to sorta replicate it with supervision… Do you think it is possible… If not , I’d really like some tips on how to convince them๐ ๐
