hey Joe, do you think small amounts of alcohol should have any meaningful effect on ones physique/progress? I plan on using Friday and Saturday as my cheat/free meal days. those days usually consist of me fasting a bit in the beginning of the day, missing my first meal, then eating normally until night when I will have a reasonable free meal of whatever I want. they don’t tend to be very “junky” as my GI system limits that a bit. I would have 1 beer, maybe 2 on those nights as well.
my metabolism, while not crazy fast, is slightly above average.
