Hey Bryce/Joe, just had a few questions about alcohol. I’m in college, and usually drink 1 time a week on Friday night. I don’t drink excessively, I have around 4 beers usually. Do you think this is significantly affecting my progress in the gym? Also, how should I go about tracking the calories? I’m bulking right now and consume around ~3400 per week. Should I eat the same on Friday and just tack on the extra calories from the beer? Thanks!
