I’ve been training for quite a few years now and I’ve been hitting a mental wall these last few months.
Maybe it’s the whole Covid thing and whatever else piling up.
So I’ve sought out some motivation / variety and I’ve started bjj 3 x week.
I’m looking for a program that isn’t gonna wipe me out and if anything will aid in that arena.
I’m thinking all body workouts? I’m just so done with PPL 😂
But the ABF is shall we say a bit limited with ex. selection as every day is the same?!
Goal wise looking to maintain some good size I’ve worked hard for.
The recent update is tip top btw.
You’re stuff in general always is.
