    Coaches,

    As I have been moving along my push/pull/legs program, I have began to feel that a few exercises in particular (bent over bbell rows and T bar rows) have placed a bit too much pressure on my lower back. It seems like no matter how much I try to emphasize form, my lower back keeps feeling the pressure of the movement and weight. Which would be the best replacement exercise for such movements while targeting the same muscles/area?
