Does anyone know of an exercise I could do in place of reverse power squats, and reverse power RDL?

You can just do RDLs. (With barbell or DBs). And if the goal is Glute-focus, you can do a band across the hips. (If you haven’t seen this one, look under my Glute workouts in “workouts” section. Look at the workout I did with Michaela. First exercise we start with. Let me know if you have more questions!
