Hi! I tried to search in a few videos but it wasn’t possible. Hope you can clarify a little on the following two questions, please:
Regarding super sets, that’s probably one of the “that’s not a big of a deal” answer for this question, but as I workout in a small and crowded gym, so it’s a little hard to be switching between machines to perform a super set (whether chest-back, tri-biceps, etc.) and as I saw in one of the “Guidance” or “Start here” videos that those super set wasn’t meant to be done in a rush, it would be too impactful on workout purpose to perform the exercises in sequence (warm-up + working set(s) for X1, then warm-up + working set(s) for X2)?
And for the second, being at a small gym, not many equipment are available to follow exactly the proposed programs, so my question would be if there is any section in the app where I can check exercises that would match best the profile and intent expected for that exercise?
