I am currently doing the glute-focused programme and on a leg day, both seated and lying leg curls are programmed in. Unfortunately, there is no seated leg curl machine at my gym. What could I do instead to avoid doing lying leg curls twice?
On a separate note, I was wondering if you have any plans to make exercise log more functional to actually follow during a workout. For example, it would be great to have an option of a rest timer so I donโt have to switch between the apps or, worse, have to enter all my workouts into Strong which is ever so tedious
