I have been using chest supported dumbbell rows(for upper back) in place of chest supported tbar rows as I don’t have the machine in my gym.I have been using an angle of about 60 degree for the bench. Wanted to confirm is that the right angle or should I go a bit lower like 40 degree.
Thanks Joe. I am using this exercise as a substitute for the tbar rows in the pull day in the HC gives you wings program(ss attached), so I guess, an angle around 30 degree would be better aligned with the goal here?

Completely makes sense, I was indeed choosing the angle based on the machine, my bad. Thanks for the clarification guys, totally understand why to take a lower angle now. Thanks!
