Due to past ankle break (tibia and fibula), my dorsiflexion on my left ankle is poor and my knee can only just get just get to the wall (as per below photos). This makes quad focussed versions of exercises difficult so it ends up being the same as regular versions.

Should I do more unilateral leg exercises so my good leg goes to the correct range or do I just do the exercises in the program (PPL 2.0) and maybe ignore the quad focussed element and do the range I can e.g for the leg press it would mean keeping my feet placement near the top. And direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
