    Hello
    I have a bad lower back so I get pretty bet up after squats, I know that’s squats are a great exercise but it’s there any good exercise I could do instead to save my back and still get good results?
    Hack squats are already in the program and no problem, we do have both the normal leg press and also the linear leg press ( I think you like) in my gym.

    We also have hammer Horizontall leg press
