    New to this style of training, grew up boxing so I’ve always had great cardio, just not much muscle… Now that I’m a bit older and not boxing anymore, I’m wanting to change that. Main thing I want to grow is my legs as a whole. Aside from nutrition and consistency, are there any tips or pieces of advice that would help me achieve this goal more effectively and is this specific program of yours the most appropriate? Thank you in advance!
