    Just finished the push pull 2.0 looking to bring up my legs but will my upper body still progress on the anti-flamingo program? Or would I Benefit more from repeating the more balanced program like the push pull 2.0? Made great progress but was thinking about specializing a bit more since I am 2 years post hip surgery from labrum tare and couldn’t lift legs till about 6 months ago. Any advice is appreciated!
