Been running the anti flamingo program and love it. I do need to focus on bringing up my chest and biceps as they are lagging compared to the rest of my upper body. Do you think there is enough volume to help with this or should I add a day and if so any suggestions? Should I rotate one week chest workout one week bicep or do you think I’m getting enough from the program alone?
I would think as long as you progress on chest and bicep movements you should theoretically make gains. Also consider adding chest and bicep focused pump work once you hit week 5. Been running this program myself for several months now.
