After a torn bicep, you advised I go and get me some “big ass legs” and that’s exactly what I did. I’ve never focused on legs like this in my life and it was fucking awesome. Legs have never been meatier. Though I am winding down the end of the program this week, I’m finding my legs are particularly tight. (Not hurting or anything….just bound up…and reduced mobility etc from the work). I am also getting to my 10-12 week period from torn bicep recovery so I’m getting anxious about rebuilding my upper body strength. What would you advise I do here? Should I deload the legs? Could i go into some upper body work and just get some stretch work in?
