    The leg day 1 starts
    Rdl
    Sitting leg curl
    Single leg press
    Lying leg curl
    Adductor work
    ..
    My gym doesn’t have lying leg curl ..is it ok to repeat sitting leg curl after the leg press move..?
    Secondly instead of adductor work if I do reverse lunges (as a replacement)..is reverse lunges in Smith machine adivasble ..I feel it’s very stable and can be loaded quite well compared to doing with db ?

    So doing twice sitting leg curl is fine 🙂 …pumped biscep femoris :p
