Hello!
I started this program because my goal is to focus on growing my legs (mainly my quads!).
Lower body day 2 was great and really felt my quads and hams.
But lower body day 1 looks almost all focused on hams, since my main goal are my quads, is it a good idea to exchange some exercises to target them? Or is it better to leave it as it is?
(Yes I have only done lower body 2 in my first day today)
