    Hey Joe! I’m loving the anti flamingo program. I’m curious your thought process behind the exercise order. It goes

    1. Seated ham curl
    2. Heel elevated squat
    3. Leg ext
    4. Banded Hack squat

    I’m curious why leg extension is after squat and before back squat? Is it to break up the fatigue after squatting? Interested to hear your reasoning because I love it
