Perhaps I’m not reading it right, but what are the suggested rest days for the A-F program? Do you drive through all 4 days then take one off and cycle again? 2 days off? Days 1,2,off,3,4,off,repeat?
I would like to know as well
My friend and I have been doing 2 on 1 off and that had been just about right for recovery! Just coming out of quarantine when we began this!
