I am just wondering what is the difference between the Anti-flamingo program and the upper/lower upper/lower by Bryce?
I went from the the upper/lower split from the PPL 2.0 because I wanted or should I say I like the 4 day split but I went with the anti flamingo program because I wanted more work on my legs but Now I’m finding because I’m only training chest/back only once a week where as the upper lower split It was programmed that I could train chest/back twice a week with the giving exercises within the program but still doing 2 lower days which are kinda similar to the anti flamingo program. Does that make sense?
I do however like them both but just worried about the fact that my chest and back are only being trained once a week more so now anyway.

And I know what your gonna say, it doesn’t really matter you just need to be consistent of which I am, I just like wasting time doing the wrong stuff when I could be improving and making progress when I finally find that program that I can stick to for a long period of time and enjoy it rather than scratching my balls and thinking about shit.
