what’s your opinion taking antioxidants post workout for better recovery? (Vitamin C, N-Acetyl-Cysteine aka NAC)
Assuming hypertrophy would be the goal, don’t 🙂
I won’t take antioxidants within a 3 hour window of my gym session. You don’t want to hinder any natural inflammation around the workout window.
Your lack of patience is amazing. You’ve had two people give you essentially the same answer. They will address the question when they see it, and most likely give the same answer

Hi sorry to jump in, but I was wondering if a daily baby aspirin (they have an anti-inflammation effect I think) should be avoided in the hours immediately before and after training also? Thanks!
