Hey there. For my upper back row I’d like to do the Hammer Strength Row (I think it’s called plate loaded iso lateral row) But the handles with the overhand grip are a bit too narrow for my long noodle arms. I get too much elbow flexion / bicep involvement. Now the neutral grips are a bit wider (not the ones in the middle for lat but the ones where the overhand handles are attached to) but I was wondering if theres anything wrong with a neutral grip for an upper back row since the grip also alters the arm path quite a bit?
