If the monthly membership ends or if I cancel it .
would I still be able to have access to the 6 weeks program I already payed??
I mean also at the logbook and all the guide videos and everything I have access right now???

On the lower day can there is a seated leg curl as a 1st exercise and lying leg curl as a 3rd…the problem is that at my gym there is no lying leg curl machine…your alternative exercise for lying leg curl is seated leg curl which is the same as the 1st exercise of the lower day…so basically I do the same exercise again or can you recommend an other alternative for hamstrings??
