Hey Joe! Thanks for the swift reply!
Apparently the email to the support gets sent, it just stays on the support email page with no indication of the message being sent(the pop up with my mail is still there despite being sent).
I got an answer from the support that they were aware that there is a issue using the comma when using kilo, but said that the dot should work. Unfortunately neither is working, I tried it from two different phones and tried re-installing the app etc.
Really loving this app apart from this minor problem! π
