I’m not sure if this has been brought to light or not so if so please disregard.
I’m having an issue that if I switch an exercise in an original program (ie. cable delt raises for db delt raises) that it does not store the sets/reps of the new exercise for the next week I do the program. Also, it always defaults to the original exercise when I go to the next week. I end up having to screenshot any exercises I swapped and have to refer to those when I do the following weeks workout.
If there were a way to fix it, that would be great!
