ParticipantHello Joe,
Again loving the new app!
And this year I am actually using the app to log my lifts etc…
I have been a member for i believe over 3 years, and this year I decided to give up on my pen and paper diary log
So yes I ll be a pain 😉 sorry…Today I realised an issue when you have 3 sets the keyboard on IOS pop up but you can’t actually read what you written, see screenshot attached,
Also one thing which I realised previously but didn’t flag, is that sadly when you input notes on your workout (I use that to note what machine and what setting i use, it make it quicker as it s all on the note and keep being consistent I also record my feedback on my lifts: clean, need clean up, stay, lower…) these notes don’t get shown on the the same workout the week after, all the notes are blank
Not sure if it s done in purpose or not?
But it would be awesome to have these notes showingNow for a few improvements (maybe)
I can imagine some things could be very tricky to deliver but here we go:
Could we maybe have a small box by the side of the weight recording box with 3 icons options +/-/= this would be to record how the lift/ weight felt and if you should decrease and clean up, increase, or stay and clean up?
This feedback will help you the week after to assess if you should stay on the same weight or notWhen the app used to give complete videos of workout, I was actually able to watch the video while eating my pre workout so I would freshly remember the different cues,
Could we perhaps add the exercises video back to back and have this available to play as a preview? Right now you have to actually start the workout to see the video, I tend not to watch these during my session as they are really detailed and awesomeAnd the last one,
I am doing the Terrence Olympia prep, as it s a 5 a week and the structure is great however instead of doing the push pull legs at the start of the week, I actually start with the two reverse and end with the push pull … which is not an issue but the app won’t allow me to swap these around to be representative of what I did so it pushes me to the next logic workout from the original workout patternExcuse the long essay but thought these littles details would be awesome improvement in the future,
Nonetheless I am truly impressed at the speed the app is moving and as a user it feels greatAttachments:

ParticipantJust to jump on the bandwagon (like the idea of the +/-/=), but would it be possible to go a bit deeper with this.
For example, having a tab on each separate exercise that takes you to a different page, showing the last 3 weeks of results for that exercise – showing the weight/reps you hit compared to what the prescribed rep range. So you can get a better idea on whether you should go up/down/maintain on weight and try and increase reps etc.
I currently take screenshots of the previous sessions from the logbook and quickly compare when I’m setting up/between sets as a workaround, but wondering if this is something that could be looked at.

Not sure if you seen these graphs (check pictures)
You can access it on the logs than the calendar top right screen and you can Select your exercises
They are great but you cant easily access them while you have started the workoutAnd I agree it would great to see how you did in the past while you are on the exercise

KeymasterHi Romain,
Sorry to hear you are having an issue.
We have checked this for your account and I am really sorry to say that we are unable to replicate the issue.
If you have a minute could you please share a full screen recording of what happens along with your device details ( e.g phone model, software version ) to support@hypertrophycoach.com and we will get sorted for you as a priority.
