How can we go back to see what we did for a lift in an earlier week in a program (ie. Weight + Reps)? I want to restart the Power Builder program by adding weeks to the end of the 12 weeks and restarting with week one, however, it only seems to save my last lift that I had (I’m in week 10 so it lists 545 x 2 for each set). Should I just restart the program after week 12 and adjust my lifts for the new percentage RPE of my new max and not worry about what I did last time since I know it should be more? Thank you!
