Thanks Joe for the informative response! Ya, due to lockdown, I workout in my home gym. I tried your side lateral raise version and Coach Eugene’s towel version of isometronics, and felt really great in my target muscle. I’d definitely add more isometronic work in my metabolic finishers for the complete exhaustion of the target muscles.
