Arm day warm ups

    Hey coaches, for arm day my elbows tend to take a while to warm up, I usually do 3 sets of curls and few light sets for the cable extensions, but almost feel like it could be taking away from my working and just tiring me out. I’ve done Joe’s warm up videos and still feeling the same. Would you recommend doing some bands or maybe an upper body involved cardio machine?
