I am running the armageddon program (4 days on 1 day off) and I am wondering if I could switch the push-pull-legs-arms split for pull-push-legs-arms.
Wanting to move pull before push on the week cause i find the pull workout more taxing and prefer to hit it away from legs and after an off day.
Is it ok to make this change?

That’s exactly how I do it. Pull-Push-Legs-Arms. Just wanted to have an extra Day between the RDL’s and the leg day. Works perfectly fine 💪🏻
