I did this program for the 12 week period and lost 1/4 inch in my arms. Not sure where I went wrong here?

The coaches will have a more thorough answer but maybe they got a little leaner but muscle still there and getting incrementally bigger. Guess diet would attribute as well with that statement. Out of curiosity were you getting stronger?

I did put on weight. I was around 194 and at the end of the program I was at 200 to 202. I did at a fifth day of training, just trained chest.
Barbell bench, pec machine, barbell incline and machine press. I going to start the program over again and see if the results are different.

I’d also be curious as to what your previous program was. I’ve experienced with myself and seen it in others where they switch they’re arm training from a high volume program where they’re storing a ton of glycogen in the arms to a low volume, progression focused program like this one and even though they may have added some tissue, the arm actually measures slightly smaller due to the loss of glycogen storage.
