I did put on weight. I was around 194 and at the end of the program I was at 200 to 202. I did at a fifth day of training, just trained chest.
Barbell bench, pec machine, barbell incline and machine press. I going to start the program over again and see if the results are different.

I’d also be curious as to what your previous program was. I’ve experienced with myself and seen it in others where they switch they’re arm training from a high volume program where they’re storing a ton of glycogen in the arms to a low volume, progression focused program like this one and even though they may have added some tissue, the arm actually measures slightly smaller due to the loss of glycogen storage.
