I have been doing Terrence’s 2021 Olympia split for the last 6 weeks and have been loving it, but I am wanting to switch to the Armageddon program to focus on my lagging arms. I was wondering, however, if the main chest and back exercises on the Armageddon plan are similar to the Olympia split exercises? I’ve seen some great progress with the chest and back exercises from the olympia split so Id like to continue to progress in those exercises along with the arm specialization if possible.
