Loving the program, but have an issue where after doing RDLs on pull day — my hamstrings are pretty sore/tight for the next 1-2 days, which inhibits leg day
Any suggestions on how best to deal with this would be appreciated. I was thinking maybe subbing the RDLs with rack pulls instead and really try to focus on the erectors with less ham involvement?
