Looking at the split for the ARMageddon training program it lists push,pull, lower, and arms for each week. Where do you place your rest days in that split?
For the first 2 phases I did all four days on then 1 day off, then phases 3 I did Push, Pull, rest, legs, arms rest. Everyone’s recovery is different and I bet the coaches will agree so just feel it out based on your recovery.
