Would it be possible to run Armageddon on a 5 day split. For example.
Push Pull Legs Off Arms Push (start of new week) Off Pull Legs Arms Off Etc.
Or in your opinion would it be better for 6 day type split. 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off start new week.
Depending on how I recover was curious if either of these would be something you would recommend. Thanks!
